Tax deed home auction sales can be a great real estate investment. I got this two story house in a great neighborhood for pennies on the dollar. Only $9,000 winning bid at the tax auction (the Adjournment Sale not a Judicial free and clear sale, see my opinion why). I'm just a regular guy with real life experience. Not some finance guru selling classes or information.
