Ryan Buzkirk’s life has been shaped by a passion for investing—in people. He and his wife, Amy, both met Jesus in high school through Young Life, and their shared faith soon became the foundation of their marriage right after college. For nearly three decades,
Ryan has poured his time, energy, and heart into loving and mentoring young people, believing deeply that every individual is worthy of love, belief, and opportunity. Drawing inspiration from those a step ahead of him, and now, as someone several seasons further along, Ryan continues to find great joy in guiding the next generation through the complex challenges they face.
He is convinced that a life anchored in faith—and the investment of genuine care—enables young people to flourish, making his story a testament to the enduring impact of investing in others.
