In 2017, they transitioned all their rental properties to a rent-to-own model and haven't looked back!
In March 2020, Joe and Jenn turned their part-time real estate investing business into a full-time venture. Since then, they have acquired millions of dollars' worth of real estate without relying on banks, using none of their own credit and little to no money down.
