Brian Seidensticker is an aerospace engineer turned real estate investor and entrepreneur.
After starting his career in aerospace, he discovered the overlooked world of tax liens and deeds, eventually building a SaaS company and investment fund around tax sale data and arbitrage opportunities. Today, Brian is the founder of Tax Sale Resources, the leading data and technology platform for tax lien and deed investing. He’s passionate about helping investors uncover hidden opportunities, manage risk with better data, and build wealth in ways most people never consider.
In September of 2012, Brian partnered to create the Vision Trade Desk, extending services into asset liquidation, allowing tax lien investors to concentrate on their core business of purchasing tax liens on the primary market. In 2017, Brian partnered with software developer SDA Solutions to create Speedboat, a comprehensive workflow management system, redemptive value calculator, and document storage platform. In 2020, Brian and his incredible team created Mount North Capital, a fund centered around providing capital access to distressed real estate investors.
