They say that you need a lot of money to invest in real estate. Or that you need to be handy. Or that it requires special licenses. Or that rehabbing a house needs to be dramatic and costly, like you see on TV! But none of that is true and I wanted to prove it. So I got out my camera and I filmed one of my house flips from start to finish.
I used none of my own money or labor to do this and I didn't have any special licenses at the time. And I kept things really simple. No fancy camera crew. No drama. No expensive renovation. No hype. Just an honest documentary with real numbers and a very profitable result.
But just to demonstrate that I didn't have some secret advantage and that anyone with a little creativity can do this, I wanted to take things one step further. So I got resourceful and funded my entire remodel...with a credit card!
