This lead was a tricky one but we ended up getting it closed. After going back and forth with the seller we finally came to a price that worked for everyone. This fire damage property requires extensive rehab, but its nothing we are scared of. I will break down the deal and talk about some of the challenges we had to overcome. Once we agreed I brought in one of my private money lenders to fund the deal and we are off to the races.
Next I stop by a couple other projects we have going on. One of those being a duplex air bnb. This property will go live soon and we have a triplex around the corner we are also working on.
