In 2014, Glenn began his investment journey, starting with a condo and expanding to multi-unit properties, achieving financial independence. Partnering with Garrett, an expert in construction and finance, they co-founded the firm, syndicating a 25-unit apartment and a 50-unit mobile home community, growing their portfolio to over 650 units.
